Framing


A large selection of my art is sold unframed for the simple reason that the client may choose the frame depending upon where is to be hung and the decor that will surround it. Choosing the "right" frame can be quite a personal thing and some clients prefer to make this choice themselves, having taken room colour scheme, furniture and the mood their trying to create into consideration. However, if you wish it, I shall be happy to have it framed for you for an additional cost. Let me know what you are looking for and I will endeavour to supply it.

Some of my works are on deep edge or wrap around canvases, allowing me to wrap the painting around the sides of the canvas. Therefore, it does not require framing and is ready to hang. These canvases can be hung flat against the wall.



Shipping


All artwork will be shipped using a reputable courier and packaged with the utmost of care in order to minimise the risk of any damage during transit. Shipping costs vary according to the courier used, size of the package and delivery destination. Therefore, to keep it simple, delivery within the UAE will be provided free of charges. Deliveries to the rest of the world will be charged at cost, please contact the artist for details and quotations.



Payment

Solution Graphics My preferred mode of payment is via Paypal. It is no longer necessary for you to have a Paypal Account in order to make payments, the whole process is made very simple. Paypal is a globally recognised secure online payment system that uses encryption software SSL, with the highest level of privacy regulations. Paypal enables you to send and receive money instantly and in the secure knowledge that your personal information will never be divulged.

In certain circumstances I will accept payments in cash or personal cheque, if paying by cheques, please supply your full name, full postal and delivery address, contact phone numbers and e-mail address.

Your purchase will be dispatched to you after your payment has been received and cleared, therefore, please bare in mind that cheques can take several days to clear.



Client Satisfaction


After safely receiving your artwork, I hope you will be absolutely delighted with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied, please contact me straight away. You may return the artwork within 14 days of receipt, undamaged and in the original packaging where possible. Your refund will be made within 30 days of receipt. Please Note: In this event, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Every effort is made to safely deliver your purchase to you, however, should you find damage is done during transit, please make a note of it on the delivery record in an effort to minimise any disputes with the courier. I will be happy to give you full refund once the artwork has been returned to me. Please notify me as soon as possible of any returns that needs to be made under these circumstances and please mark the parcel "Return-damaged goods"
